Wilma Briley

Wilma Juanita Briley, 86, Terre Du Lac, passed away December 25, 2011 at her home in Terre Du Lac.She is survived by three daughters; Janet, Mrs. Fred Hamman of Park Hills, Sandra, Mrs. Martin Lerczak of Terre Du Lac, and Judy, Mrs. James Hampton of Terre Du Lac.She is also survived by a brother; Chester Wells and his wife Jennie of Irondale.There are eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.Preceding her in death are her parents, Chester Everett and Ethel May (Whittier) Wells, First husband, Fred Wilson, second husband, William Briley.One son; Ricky Wilson, one daughter; Beverly Gayle Callahan, two sisters; Freda Sullivan and Joyce Briley, four brothers; Glenwood Wells, Howard Boyer, Clifton Wells and Walter Wells.Three grandchildren; Angela Callahan, Jason Callahan and John Callahan.Wilma was a retiree from Jefferson Memorial Hospital where she was a recipient of numerous awards for her service and dedication to her profession.Visitation will be at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Tuesday, December 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m.Funeral Services will be at the C. Z. Boyer Chapel in Desloge on Wednesday, December 28th at 3:00 p.m with Rev. Mindy Kiepe officiating.Interment will be at Leadwood Cemetery.
