William Norman Harris, Sr.

Mr. William N. "Bill" Harris, Sr., passed away Thursday, Nov. 4, 2004, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor at the age of 88 years & 4 days. Bill was born on Oct. 30, 1916, in East Hampton, Mass. to George & Jebieda 'Mikaloska' Harris. Also preceding were: his 1st wife, Mildred 'Lorre' Harris (1989) & 1 Granddaughter, Scarlet Rose Klemp. Bill was: * a member of Farmington First Baptist Church; * a US ARMY Veteran of World War II; & * a retired electrician from Falstaf Brewing Corp. * after retirement he ran a heating/cooling repair business from his Terre du Lac residence. Surivors Include: his WIFE: Reva LaVerne 'Snyder' Harris, of Farmington; DAUGHTER: Patricia Ann Kreis, of Huntsville, AL; SON: William N. "Bill" (& Suzan) Harris, Jr., of Bakersfield, CA. 3 CHILDREN: Gary Klemp, of Farmington; Lisa 'Mrs. Karl' Denton, of Ozark, MO; Lori 'Mrs. Kenny' Cook, of Farmington. GRANDCHILDREN: Billy & Christopher Harris, of CA; Levi Harris, of CA; Steve Clingman, of AL; Jordan & Travis Cook, of MO; Jerad & Cole Denton, of MO; Jessica Klemp, of Ft. Collins, CO; Brianna Klemp, of CA; 4 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Rhiannon & William Harris, IV, of CA; Bobby & Steve Clingman, of AL. Visitation: Saturday, 5-8 pm at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL. Visitation Sunday, 7 am - 1 pm. Funeral services: Sunday - 2 pm - Nov. 7, 2004, at Farmington First Baptist Church, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating. Interment, Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington. Memorials to: Farmington 1st Baptist Church &/or Safe Harbor Hospice.
