William "Bill" Glenwood Williams

Bill Williams, 85, of Bonne Terre, passed away March 10, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 30, 1930 in Bonne Terre, to the late Elwood and Margaret (Gardner) Williams. Bill served in the United States Army and was one of the first to be deployed into S. Korea. He was employed several years as a custodian for Desloge Public Schools. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Georgia (Currington) Williams; and one brother, Ray Williams. Bill is survived by his three children, Bill Williams of St. Louis, Jeffrey Williams (Chery Wilkinson) of Bonne Terre, and Lisa Gay Williams of Ste. Anne; six grandchildren, Brook, Patrick, Garett, Jenna, Catlyn, and Carley; and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM with service following at 2:00 PM. Reverend Bob Price will be officiating.
