Willard Glenn Moore

Willard Glenn Moore, age 74, of Desloge, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Festus Manor. He was born on Friday, February 11, 1949, in Alton, Illinois, to the late Willard and Elizabeth June (Naylor) Moore. In addition to his, parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Martha (Werley) Moore; brothers, Davin Kelly, Michael William and Daryel George Moore; and sister Diana June Gillette.

Willard enjoyed anything to do with automobiles and he could fix just about anything. He had to always be on the go doing something.

He is survived by his daughter, Geneva JoAnn Hervans; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauline Mae Shiverdeen, Donna Kay Shiverdeen and Beth Ann Bonds; brother Jack Lynn Moore; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from noon until the time of services at 1:30 PM with Pastor Jordan Ankrom officiating. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay.
