Virginia Laverne Wells

Virginia Wells of Irondale, passed away October 8, 2014 at Washington Medical Center in Potosi. She was born October 4, 1939 in Greenville, to the late Elmer and Goldie (Clark) Mosier. Virginia was a loving mother, wife and enjoyed going to yard sales. She is preceded in death by two sons, Randy Wells, and Steven Wells; two brothers, John Mosier and Luke Mosier. Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Chester Wells; children, Donnie Wells and wife C.J., Mike Wells and wife Rhonda of Park Hills, Regina Aden and husband Rick of Mineral Point, Gloria Bond, Dennis Wells and wife Belinda, Darren Wells and wife Dana of Irondale; twenty-six grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; two brothers, Victor Mosier, Teddy Mosier; and six sisters, Pat Garcia, Mary, Margaret Adams, Rita Moor, Ruth Ann Rosenburg, and Louise Valley. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, October 10, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Brother Dwayne Petty officiating. Interment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.
