Vickie Degonia

          Vickie Degonia, 65, of Fredericktown, passed away November 10, 2021, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.  She was born January 12, 1956, in Dexter, to the late Ulis Ray and Kathleen Yvonne (Reeves) Wineman.  She was a member of Grace Way Ministries.  Vickie was also the proud owner of Patches and Pigtails Childcare in Bonne Terre.  She treated the children as they were her own and at times would loved to have kept them as her own.  Vickie devoted 40 years of her life to the children she served.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Vickie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

          She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 40 years, Tim Degonia, who passed away in October and one brother, Rickie “Buddy” Wineman.

          Vickie is survived by children, Jared Degonia and wife Stephanie and Cody Degonia; four grandchildren, Noah, Thaddeus, Lyla and Vaunna.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, November 15, 2021, from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM.  Reverend Jim Murdock, will be officiating.
