Vicki French

Vicki French of Farmington passed away peacefully August 21, 2024, at the age of 75. She was born February 26, 1949, in Rector, Arkansas, to the late Charles and Verla (Vangilder) Kirkland. Vicki enjoyed quilting, her large circle of friends, but most of all, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Vada Mondzack, Kay Barbee and Roseellen Boyd.

Vicki is survived by her loving husband, Neldon French of Farmington; two daughters, Ginger Hand and husband Jack, Julie Martin and husband Charles; seven grandchildren, Kayla (Cole) Hildebrand, Hunter (Maycie Parker) Long, Reese (fiancé, Anthony Meyer) Long, Emma (Mathew) Espy, Steven (Kurtis) Bochantin, Juliana Tipton, Ella Tipton; and six great-grandchildren; siblings, Judy Jones and husband Harlan, Carlee Mallery and Wendell Kirkland; along with several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family gathering at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Memorials may be made in honor of her memory to the Lupus Foundation.
