Vera Sis Eaton

Vera Eaton, 86 of Desloge, passed away April 2, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born March 29, 1928, to the late Richard and Anna (Crawford) Brandel, in Perry County. Vera is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Murril Eaton; grandmother; Caroline Owens; mother in-law, Radie Eaton; two grandchildren, Bradley and Breanna Rector; and son in-law, Ron McKinney.Vera is survived by her children, Gary Eaton and wife Sheryl of Merrillville, IN, Dean Eaton and wife Sue of North Judson, IN, Steve Eaton and wife Annette of Farmington, and Carol McKinney of Desloge; fourteen grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; special sister in-law, Joyce Summers of Mt. Sterling, KY; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, April 7, 2014 from 10:00 AM to service time at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre.
