Tonja Lea Stephens

         Tonja Stephens, age 54, of Farmington, passed away on May 12, 2018 at Missouri Baptist Hospital. She was born on August 27, 1963 in Bonne Terre to the late Frank and Eula (Thomas) Gruhala.

         Tonja is survived by her loving husband, Mark Stephens; son, Bradley McDowell and wife Jody; daughter, Ashley Eiskant and husband T.J.; grandchildren, Layne Eiskant, Ethan Patton and Fox McDowell who is due in August; brothers, Gary Gruhala and girlfriend Donna Laseter, Greg Gruhala and wife Dena and Mike Gruhala; sister, Cheryl Gruhala and boyfriend Tom King; mother-in-law, Martha Stephens also survive.

         Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 11:00 AM until service time of 2:00 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son -Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Burial to follow at Parkview Cemetery in Farmington.
