Tim Basler
Tim Basler, 58, passed away March 4, 2016 at his residence. He was born December 20, 1957 in Bonne Terre to the late William and Thelma (Hulsey) Basler. He was also preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, Elizabeth and a brother in law, Jerry Ragsdale.
Tim was a member of the St. Louis Carpenters Union. He was a retired carpenter from Lawlor Construction after over 30 years of employment.
He is survived by one son, Neil (Danielle) Basler; two daughters, Julie (Jeromy) McDowell, and Brittany (Colby) Tinsley; grandchildren, Mia, and Maddox Basler, Kai, Kendall, and Cru McDowell, Tatem, Jaxon, and Adrian Tinsley; one brother, Francis (Sherry) Basler; three sisters, GlenAnne Ragsdale, Brownie (Mike) Conway, and Lisa Kalawaia; friend, Connie Bradford and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Tuesday March 8, 2016 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Pastor Ben Durbin officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park
