Mr. Thomas Stephen Freeman passed away Aug. 24, 2014, in Farmington, at the age of 61 years, 8 months & 23 days. Tom was born Dec. 1, 1952, in Bonne Terre, MO., & was the son of Arthur L. Freeman, Jr., and Eula Ellen 'Grifford' Freeman. Also preceding-in-death was a brother, David Franklin Freeman.
Tom was: * a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington, and a member of The Knights of Columbus. Tom was formerly employed by Memorial United Methodist Church, of Farmington, for 33 years. Tom followed in his father's footsteps as a Scout Leader for Troop #483. Tom was a: * Sports Enthusiast; * Collector; * Comedian; * Historian; * Devoted Husband; * Loving Father; * Doting Papo; * Beloved Brother & * Loyal Friend.
Survivors Include: his wife, Bonita L. 'Hawk' Freeman, of Farmington. 2 daughters: Rebecca Freeman-Hoff, of Webster Groves, MO; & Kelly Freeman, of Farmington. 1 son: Joseph Freeman, of Richmond Heights, MO. 3 sisters: Michele Cravens, of Farmington; Mary (Mrs. Michael) Postal, of Festus, MO., & Margaret (Mrs. Joe) Holtmeier, of Washington, MO. 1 granddaughter, Charlotte Hoff, of Webster Groves. 1 uncle: Louis F. Freeman & 1 aunt: Mary Freeman, both of Charlotte, NC; Also surviving are 6 nieces & nephews and 3 great-nieces & great-nephews.
Visitation : Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation Resumes : Thursday @ 6:30 a.m.
Funeral Mass : Thursday, 10:00 a.m., August 28, 2014
at : St. Joseph Catholic Church - Farmington, with Fr. James Dyer officiating
Interment : New Calvary Cemetery - Farmington
