Terrence "T-Bone" Bailey

Terrence “T-Bone” Bailey, 63, of Bonne Terre passed away Monday, May 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born Thursday, September 23, 1954 in East St. Louis, Illinois to the late George L. and Joy (Schmeig) Bailey. T-Bone enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He was also a proud member of Steam Fitters local 439.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, George C. Bailey; sister, Kathy Schieffer; best friends, John “Bear” Babinsky, Joe Haemann, Ray Settle, and Luke Bailey, T-Bone’s hunting dog.

T-Bone is survived by, Donna (Dawson) Bailey friend of 47 years wife of 33; son, Terry Bailey, Jr.; daughter, Kelli Bailey and fiancé Eric Frazier, Jr.; grandchildren Reece and Harlan; brothers, Steven Bailey and wife Debbie and Michael Bailey and wife Michele; sisters, Diane Honer and husband Ted, Mary Tripp, and Barbara Wegley and boyfriend Wayne; also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews. The family wishes a deepest thanks to Sheila Gallagher for being by their side and all the love from their family at Hub’s Pub.

There will be a Memorial gathering beginning at 2 PM on Saturday, June 23 at Knights of Columbus: 5420 Old Collinsville Rd., Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208. The Bailey family is under the care of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
