Stephen Campbell

Steve Campbell, 76, of Desloge, passed away January 25, 2025, at Mercy Jefferson in Festus. He was born September 24, 1948, in Humboldt, TN, to the late James Campbell and Mary Francis (Brotherton) Salierno. Steve proudly served his country in The United States Marines. He was a member of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Tennessee, Am Vets in Farmington and Desloge VFW. He enjoyed gardening and being outside as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by two daughters, Annette Soucy and Lisa Shannon; step daughter, Becca Henderson; brother, Jimmy Campbell; bonus family, Sherry Barton and her children, Michael (Kayla) Barton and daughter, Aireca, Johnny (Jessica) Barton and children, Zandra, Cadence and Jett, April (Kyle) Lindell and children, Lex, Sebastian and Theodor.

A private inurnment will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Memorials may be directed in honor of Steve’s memory to any veteran organization.
