F. Lappe of Bonne Terre passed away at her residence on August 28, 2013 at the

age of 70. She was born October 26, 1942

in Bonne Terre, MO.Sonya

was preceded in death by two children, Clinton E. Pettus, Jr. and Lisa Jo

Pettus. Also preceding her were her

parents, Louis Joseph and Esta L. (Billington) Jackson; one brother, Robert

Louis (Beatrice) Jackson; three sisters, Helen (Theo) Bieser, Pamela Jean

Jackson, and Marsha L. (Austin) Sikes.She

is survived by her loving husband, Larry Lappe; two step children, Becky (Eric)

Rutz, and Sandy (Chris) Henson; step-Grandchildren, Kyle, Katlyn, Justin, and

Jennifer; aunt, Dorothy Jackson of Festus; three brothers, Pat (Marg) Jackson

of DeSoto, Richard (Linda) Jackson of Bonne Terre, Steve (Verla) Jackson of

Farmington; two sisters, twin Sandra (James) Joyce and Sharon (James) Henson

both of Bonne Terre. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.Sonya

was a member of Silver Springs Baptist Church. She was a wonderful homemaker, decorator,

artist, floral arranger, and worked at Southfork Restaurant and as a Mary Kay

beauty consultant for many years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.Visitation will be Friday, August 30, 2013 from 4:00 PM until

9:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Service will be Saturday

at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Rev. Randy

Murphy officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park

Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to the Jackson Family Cemetery.
