Shirley June Dugal, 90, of Bonne Terre passed away December 15, 2024. She was born April 9, 1934 in Farmington, MO to the late Anderson D. and Opal (Bloom) Counts. Shirley was a member of Three Rivers Baptist Church. She loved gardening and working in her yard. She also enjoyed spending time with family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Ronald Vernon Dugal; two brothers, Michael Counts and Archie Counts; sister, Carolyn Stocker.
Shirley is survived by four children, Dr. Randall (Tammy) Dugal, Rhonda (James) Jarden, Lydia (Curtis) Joedeman, Donna (Mark) Sullivan; eight grandchildren, Jacqueline Dugal, Spenser Dugal, Matthew (Jennifer) Jarden, Bradley (Krisha) Jarden, Emily (David) Grover, Sonnen Maas, Josiah Joedeman, Joshua Sullivan; ten great-grandchildren, Grant, Gavin, Claire and Charlotte Jarden, Abbigail and Rylee Jarden, Lillianne Brown, Addison, Carly and Densley Grover; one brother, Gary (Ellen) Counts; one sister, Barbara Ward. Several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Visitation will resume on Saturday at 8:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son – Taylor Chapel until the time of service at 10:00 AM with Pastor Kevin Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorial Donations may be made to Three Rivers Baptist Church.
