Sarah Eve Barker

 Sarah Eve Barker of Bloomfield, MO passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 29. She was born Thursday, August 20,1992, in Farmington, to Lester and Virginia Barker. She was an active church member of Bloomfield First Baptist Church. Sarah made the decision to be a full organ donor to help those in need, she in her short life time donated almost 5 gallons of blood through Red Cross, Sarah is still helping others even upon her death. She enjoyed reading, braiding paracord, making jewelry, rockhounding, raising goats on her family farm where she would make her own goat’s milk soap and goat’s milk mozzarella cheese. Sarah also loved to draw, anything she set her mind to she could do. She had a very special service dog named Lulu that will miss her dearly and was by her side until the end. Sarah will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sarah was preceded in death by her great-grandparents; Lonnie and Sybil Cates; paw- paw, Gary Parkin; grandmother, Sandra Hawn; aunt, Charmin Pankhurst; uncle Christopher Barker; great uncle Paul and Dennis Cates.

Sarah is survived by her loving parents, Virginia Barker and Lester (step-mother Lela) Barker, Jr.; brother, William (Taneta) Barker; grandparents, Lester and step-grandmother JoAnn Barker, Sr., Barb and step-grandfather Lee Rippy;great grandparents, Richard and Helena Sherman; nephew, Alexzander along with many aunts, uncles, cousins survive.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Bloomfield First Baptist Church, in Bloomfield, MO. at 12:30 pm. John McCain will be officiating.
