Sarah Burns

Sarah (Hawkins) Burns, 37, of Desloge passed away January 1, 2017. She was born April 13, 1979 in Bonne Terre. She enjoyed reading and editing books for other people. She also authored two books of her own.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Hawkins.

Sarah is survived by her husband, Dennis Burns; two children, Kendra Elizabeth Burns and Damian Kaleb Burns; granddaughter, Kenzleigh; mother, Sandra (Myers) Hawkins; three sisters, Toni Scribner and husband Michael, Kelly Hawkins, Evelyn Wallis and husband Ryan.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z.
