Samuel Adams, age 2 of Park Hills, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at St. Louis Childrens Hospital. He was born January 4, 2012 in Farmington. Samuel is preceded in death by his great grandpas, Rev. Ronald Petty andDewayne Roberts; loving uncle, Randy Wells; and great-uncle Gary Roberts.Samuel is survived by his parents, Jason and Amanda (Roberts) Wells of Park Hills; grandparents, Teri (Bobby Scoggins) Reeves, Mike Wells Sr. and wife Rhonda; great grandparents, Chester and Virginia Wells, Shirley Petty, and Geraldeen Hail; siblings, Hailie and Alex Wells, Sarah Harden, James and Hayle Adams; birth parents, Crystal Harden and Samuel AdamsVisitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dwayne Petty and Rev Gary Petty officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery in Farmington.Memorials may be made to the family in care of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
