Samantha Lachance

Samantha “Sammi” LaChance, 26 of Park Hills, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at her home. She was born Friday, August 24, 1990 in Los Angeles, California to Stanley Rayfield and Tonya Carver. Samantha was raised by her Aunt and Uncle Mike and Betty Rayfield whom she loved dearly. Samantha had a loving heart and was always ready to help when needed. She was a hard worker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Mike Rayfield; grandmother. Beverly Willis; cousins, Danny Ray Stroup and Jason Daniel Hesselmeyer.

In addition to her parents, Samantha is survived by her dear husband, Jordan LaChance; precious daughter, Kayla Ann LaChance; grandparents, Danny and Doris Rayfield; aunts, Rene Hertweck (Mike) and Debbie Wagoner; uncle, Chad Willis (Shelly); cousins, Matthew (son Raiden), Willis and Kristin (daughter Sophia), Brandy (son Colton), Adam (daughter Lexi), Tiffany, Olivia, Calen, half-sister, Terry (daughter Genni), half-brother, Danny; mother-in-law, Denise LaChance; grandmother-in-law, Erma Beers; sister-in-law, Morgan LaChance; and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills with Rev. Joshua Kennon officiating. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.
