Sam Hulsey

Oliver E. Samuel Hulsey, 66 of Park Hills, passed away July 25, 2014 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He was born December 22, 1947 in Bonne Terre. Sam retired from G.T.E. and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is preceded in death by his father Oliver Hulsey. Sam is survived by his mother Helen Hulsey; loving wife, Vivian Coleman-Hulsey; three children, Christina "Tina" (Mrs. John) Blanton of Ballwin, Brent Hulsey of Park Hills, and Amber Hulsey of Michigan; two step-children Jim (Tammy) Coleman and Crystee Williams-Chin; six grandchildren, Morgan Blanton, John Blanton Jr., Justin, Tyler, Kevin, Brayden; three step grandchildren, Jimmy Coleman, Macie Coleman, and Cassandra Coleman; and dear friend Joe Monie of Illinois. Visitation will be Monday, July 28, 2014 at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, from 5 pm to 8 pm. Service will be held in Desloge Chapel Tuesday, August 29, 2014, at 11 am with Rev. John Swatosch officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery.
