Ruth Ann Niemann, was born September 25, 1946 in Farmington, MO passed away December 13, 2020 at 11:15 am at Barnes/Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Ruth Ann was born at home on Ann street in Festus, MO she has proceeded in death by her parents Herbert Chester Porter and Lorraine (Juliette) Porter, her husband James L. Nieman, step granddaughter, Holly and brother Richard. She was the fifth born out of six children. She is survived by her children John and Julie Niemann of Farmington, MO and stepson, James Niemann Jr. and two grandsons. Also, her three sisters: Lillie Porter and Frances Willhelm of Farmington, MO and Jeannie Andrew of Abilene, Tx. Her brother Clyde Porter of Rockfield, KY. Lots of nieces and nephews. We will forever miss Ruth Ann. Those who love her know her eternal home is heaven. Precious in the sight of the Lords the death of his Saints. Psalm 116:15ruth Ann loved everyone and enjoyed her days living at Ben nor Apartments where she had may friends who blessed her life with happiness, especially Ilene Wright, her special friend.
