Mrs. Ruby Leona 'Waters' Long passed away Saturday morning, Nov. 30, 2002, at Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 84 years, 5 months & 28 days. She was born June 2, 1918, in Leadington, Mo., to William Marion Waters & Myrtle Carrie 'Angle' Waters. Also preceding-in-death were: Sisters: Iva Alberta Hale & Kathleen P. Buxton; Half-Brothers: Oba Waters & John Sales. 1 Granddaughter, Melissa Crites. Ruby was: * a member of Faith Baptist Church of Farmington; * a charter member of Farmington First Free Will Baptist Church & * her 3 Favorite Things were: Cooking; Baking & Sharing it with her friends. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 2 DAUGHTERS - Carol 'Mrs. Keith' Crites, of Imperial; Barbara 'Yeager' Crayton, of Desloge; 1 SON: Donald (& Jeannie) Yeager, of Cedar Lake; 1 SISTER: Georgia Crites, of Farmington; 8 GRANDCHILDREN & 18 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN. Visitation Monday, 6-9 p.m., & funeral Tuesday at 11 am, Dec. 3, 2002, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. James Barker & Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Leadington. Memorials to: American Heart Association.
