Rosemary Schaefer

Rosemary Alice (LaRose) Schaefer, age 81, of Bonne Terre, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre. Rosemary was born October 28, 1939 to the late Raymond and Marinette LaRose.

In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her spouse, James Joseph Schaefer and daughter, Renee Griessel.

Rosemary is survived by her children, Valerie Ann Garig, Laura Skaggs and husband Ray, Jim Schaefer and wife Amy, Barb Mossinghoff and husband Bill; grandchildren, Jessica, Sonya, Melanie, Sarah, Amanda, and Brandi; several great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Rosemary’s wishes were to be cremated and united with her husband at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son funeral home in Bonne Terre.
