Roland Speer

Roland David Speer, 77 of Bonne Terre passed away

June 12, 2013 at Parkland Health Center in Bonne Terre. He was born October 3,

1935 in Braggadocio, MO to the late Manford Jacob and Opal Speer. He was also

preceded in death by brother, Ralph Speer and two sisters, Katherine Jones and

Patricia Reed. Roland was a member of IBEW #2075 and retired from Guth Lighting

after 41 years.Roland is survived by his wife, Frankie Lee (Burks)

Speer; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Katie Lauck, Inez Dockery, John Burks and

wife Eva, Catherine (Mrs. Jerry) Odom, Judy (Mrs. Bob) McNeal, Steve Burks and

wife Gwenda.Visitation will be Friday, June 14, 2013 from 4:00

PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.

Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in

Bonne Terre with Rev. Roy D. Kaylor officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne

Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Farmington Pet Adoption Center at 2901 Hwy 67 South, Farmington, MO 63640.
