Roberta Inman, 80, of Bonne Terre passed away peacefully on March 27, 2024, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born November 11, 1943, in Detroit, MI, to the late Winfred Leman and Ilene May (Hammack) Patterson. Roberta worked for McDonnell Douglas as an automation specialist before retiring after 25 years of service. In her spare time, she was an avid baker, great decorator and loved creating floral arrangements.
She was dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ and would share the gospel with anyone, anywhere. She enjoyed fishing in tournaments and riding the twisty roads with Jerry on the back of their motorcycle “Holy Roller”. She was a founding member of the Parkland Cycle Servants, a local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association. She supported CMA in many ways and loved the fellowship of her chapter members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Keith Eric Inman and Jerry Patrick Inman; brothers in-law, Frank David, Larry Dale Inman and Robert Lee Inman.
Roberta is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jerome “Jerry” Inman; son, Damon Springer and wife Meradeth; granddaughter, Molly Springer; sister, Betty Jean David, sister-in-law, Pat Inman; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
