Bob Huitt, 93, of Park Hills, passed away January 27, 2020, at Jefferson Mercy in Festus. He was born June 19, 1926, in Caledonia, to the late William Gladstone and Bertie Mae (Moyer) Huitt and served his country in the United States Army. Bob drove a fuel truck for Campbell 66 for 33 years and was an avid bowler receiving many trophies.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Marie (Nicard) Huitt; son, Robert James Huitt ; and one grandson, James Courtney, Jr.
Bob is survived by three children, Lynn Estes, Mark (Mary Shocklee-Hall) Huitt, Danielle Brown; grandchildren, Nicole Myers, Kimberly Brown, Jen Huitt, Danny Huitt, Christy Downey, and Bridgett Huitt; several great-grandchildren, including Michael Barger, Jr. and Christopher Bachman, Jasmine Richardson and Rocquelle Courtney; siblings, Bernice Spencer, Vernon (Eileen) Huitt, Linda Sue Cottrell, Dolores (Jack) Drexler.
A family gathering will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Arrangements under the direction of C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Memorials can be made in Bob's memory to Disabled Americans Veterans 725 E. Karsch Blvd. Farmington, Missouri 63640
