Robert Bob Hulsey

An angel of the Lord came for Robert R. Hulsey 78, at his residence in Desloge, August 28, 2012.He was preceded by his parents, James Lytle Hulsey and Joyce Mae Gettinger; brothers, Lytle, Vollie, Orville and James Hulsey; sisters, Lucille, Ida Mae, Kathyrn and Ada Marie. He is survived by his wife, just 4 weeks shy of their 60th Wedding Anniversary, Frances Lea Hulsey; sons, Robert Dale (Susan) of Bonne Terre, Rodney Allen of Desloge and James Todd of Phoenix AZ; daughters, Roxanna Hulsey and Tracy Lea (Mike) Sykes of Desloge; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, and numerous friends and relatives. Bob was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Desloge, VFW #2624, Masonic Lodge of Elvins and also served as Alderman at Ward 1 for the city of Desloge for 6 years.He was well loved and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM.There will be a Masonic Service at 6:00 PM and a Memorial Service following at 7:00 PM with Full Military Honors.
