Robert A. "Bob" Groom

Robert A. “Bob” Groom, 77, of Farmington passed away April 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1941 in St. Louis. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired Teamster and also worked on a cattle ranch for several years in Ennis, Montana. He was a member of Samaritan Masonic Lodge #424.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton and Hilda (Kuhn) Groom; wife, Valerie (House) Groom; daughter, Sandi Eckhoff; son, Kurt Groom.

Bob is survived by his son, Keith Groom and wife Tenna; granddaughter, Alexus Groom; brother, Stanley Groom and wife Cathy.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 1:30 PM until the time of service at 3:30 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Pastor Bryan Mills officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Playin’ for Pink, in care of Leadco Community Credit Union or Boyer Funeral Home.
