Richard Jackson, Jr.

Richard Jackson, Jr., 31, of Bonne Terre passed away May 29, 2016 at his residence. He was born September 12, 1984 in Farmington. Richard graduated from North County High School and Linn Tech University. He worked for both North County and Farmington School Districts. He was very well liked and a courageous person who lost his battle with cancer after two years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis Joseph and Esta L. Jackson, Bill and Mabel DeGonia; aunts, Sonya Lappe, Marsha Sikes, Pamela Jackson and Diane Woodruff.

Richard is survived by his parents, Richard Sr. and Linda (DeGonia) Jackson of Bonne Terre. Also surviving are several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at the Jackson Family Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Jackson Family Cemetery.
