Rev. Leonard Moreland

Rev. Leonard Moreland, 75, of Desloge, passed away peacefully, December 17, 2024. He was born May 3, 1949, in DeSoto, to the late Nemly and Lucy (Reeves) Moreland. Leonard loved to fish and study his bible.

He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Rose Mary (Aumann) Moreland.

Leonard is survived by Dot Lasley and his children, Steven Moreland and wife Brenda, Beverly Maberry and husband Gary, Thomas Moreland and wife Sherri; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Lora Jean (Jerry) Russel; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends, also survive. 

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
