Rebecca Kay Barton

            Rebecca Barton, 60, of Farmington, passed away July 18, 2016, at Missouri Baptist in St. Louis. She was born March 9, 1956 in Bonne Terre, to the late David and Zida (Marler) Rasnic. Becky was a member of the East Side Church of God and a long time beautician in our area.  

            She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Terry, Jesse, and Rick Rasnic; three sisters, Joann Rasnic, Renee Graves, and Cathy Rasnic. 

            Becky is survived by her husband, Jody Barton; children, Adam Barton and wife Jessica, and Hope Barton; two grandchildren, Harrison and Emily; siblings, David Lee (Marlene) Rasnic, Sally Griffith, Mary Ann (Mrs. Glen) Roney, Jeff (Suzanne) Rasnic, and Kenny (Jane) Rasnic; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

             Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Ronnie Dane officiating. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.
