Raymond Bess

Raymond Bess, 75, of Bonne Terre passed away March 18, 2015 at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Crystal City. He was born May 7, 1939 in Bonne Terre, MO. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cherle (Grundmeyer) Bess, parents Ernest L. and Lela (Morris) Bess, and two brothers Wilford Bess and Wayne Bess. Raymond was a retired employee from Mississippi Lime Company of Ste. Genevieve. Raymond is survived by four sons Raymond L. Bess and wife Terresa of Park Hills, Gary W. Bess and wife Denise of Ste. Genevieve, Steven A Bess of Nebraska, and John H Bess and wife Beth of Ste. Genevieve; grandchildren Christina Tindell, Lukas Bess, Michael Bess, Megan Bess, Steven Bess, Ashley Bess, and Evan Bess; great grandchild Cayden Tindell; sisters Bertha Burch and Karen Burr; brothers Leonard Bess and wife Sally and William Bess; sisters in law Maxine Lanman and Carol Bess. Visitation will be Friday, March 20, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Funeral Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at C.Z. Boyer and Son chapel with Pastor Bruce Valle officiating. Interment will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Relay for Life.
