Randy Prewitt, Sr.

Randy Dean Prewitt, Sr., 67 of Bonne Terre passed away October 15, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born September 3, 1950 in St. Louis to the late William S. Prewitt, Sr. and Dorothy (Whiteside) Prewitt. Randy was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre. He was a member of the Carpenters Union 1310 and honorary member of VFW Post #6883. Randy enjoyed golfing when he was younger, singing Elvis songs and camping with family and friends.

Randy is survived by his wife, Linda (Lindhorst) Prewitt; four children, Randy D. Prewitt, Jr. of Fenton, Vincent Mazzola of Fenton, Natale Mazzola of Bonne Terre, Lucas Prewitt and wife Ann Marie of Hillsboro; thirteen grandchildren; brother, William S. Prewitt, Jr. of West County; two sisters, Donna Murray and husband Bob of South County, Kimberly Keil and husband Bob of West County.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume at 9:00 AM on Friday at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre with the service beginning at 10:30 AM with Rev. Dave Wiant officiating. A private interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirkwood. Memorials may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church for the ministry of the Cornerstone Café.
