Rachel Winters

Nadine Winters, 73 of Iron Mountain Lake, passed away May 6, 2013 at NHC of Desloge. She was born August 20, 1939 to the late Homer and Betty (Bullard) Smith. Also preceding in death are her husband John Winter, Sr.; brother Cotton Smith and sister Bobby Jean Smith.Nadine is survived by children Lindell Cossey and wife Jamie, Donald Cossey and significant other Betty Hudson, Debbie (Mrs. Jack) Montgomery, John Winters Sr. and wife Carrie, Tennille (Mrs. Kyle) Gibson; four brothers Homer "Chuck" Smith, Brad "Curly" Smith, Bill Smith, Jerry Smith; two sisters Erma Scott and Patsy Lindberg; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.The family will accept friends at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, May 10, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. A memorial service will follow immediately at 4 p.m. with Pastor Larry Joe Booth officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials directed to the Parkland Pregnancy Resource Center or SEMO Family Violence Council.
