Phillip Wayne Krause, 87, of Bonne Terre passed away September 13, 2016. He was born October 29, 1928 in Chicago, IL to the late Lorie V. and Geraldine (Joyce) Krause. Phillip proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a Purple Heart recipient. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church, Ambassador of Harmony Barbershop Chorus and American Legion, Disable American Veterans and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Dolores Krause; son, Paul Krause; step-daughter, Deanna Dovich; step-son, Jeff Dovich and wife Linda; two brothers, Gerald Krause and wife Ann, Edward Krause and wife Patricia. Grandchildren, great-granddaughter, nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre. Service will be Monday at 10:00 AM at the Centenary United Methodist Church with Rev. David Wiant officiating. Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1:00 PM with Full Military Honors. Memorials may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of C.
