Phil Miller

Phillip Ray Miller, 65, of Desloge passed away September 29, 2015 at Parkland Health Center Weber Road. He was born July 24, 1950 in Bonne Terre to the late Ellis M. and Katie M. (Skaggs) Miller. Also preceding him in death was his brother, Jack Miller and sister, Norma Wallace. Phil always enjoyed cars and loved drag racing. Phil is survived by his wife, Cheryl Miller; two children, Keith Miller of Arnold and Becky Buxton and husband Jeremy of Park Hills; two grandchildren, K.J. Miller and Ethan Buxton; two sisters, Joyce Mahurin and husband Sonny of Texas and Sue Pulley of Irondale. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the C. Z.
