Peggy SpencerPeggy E. Spencer, 81, of Hillsboro, MO passed away May 4, 2012 at St. Joe Manor. She was born May 17, 1930 in St. Louis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Louise (Best) McCormick; her husband, Bobby Joe Spencer; and grandson, Michael KempPeggy is survived by four children, Donna (Mrs. Rickey) Kemp, Bobby Spencer and wife Kim, Rondall Carver and John Carver; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four sisters, Joann Mertz, Bobbie Jean Bennett, Audrey Poirrier, Virginia Brittain; brother, Sonny Buck. Visitation will be held at Happy Zion Church in Annapolis, Mo. on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 9 AM. Service will be held at Happy Zion Church on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 12PM. Interment will follow at Annapolis Cemetery.
