Pearl Hart

           Pearl Hart, 85, of Desloge, passed away October 28, 2017 at Farmington Presbyterian Manor. She was born on June 22, 1932 in Desloge, to the late James and Sadie (Strickland) Rawson. She attended the Gospel Light Free Will Baptist Church in Bonne Terre. Pearl loved reading her bible, quilting and crocheting. 

             In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Edward L. Hart; son, Kenneth Hart; sisters, Gertrude Lyons, Loretta DeGeare, Marie Schott and Marge Jackson; brothers Earl, Arthur and Orville Rawson; infant brothers, Delbert James Rawson and Donald Leroy Rawson.  

Pearl is survived by her children, Roger Hart and wife Donna of Desloge, Kathy Miller and husband Marvin of Clever, Richard “Larry” Hart and wife Kim of Columbia, Janice Green and husband Kevin of Millersville; sisters, Florence Mecey of Desoto, Geraldine Mullens of St. Louis, Darlene Sansoucie of Bonne Terre; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren are all left to mourn her passing. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 31, 2017, from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Rev. Larry Allison officiating. Burial to follow at Cove Cemetery in Ironton. Memorials may be directed to Gospel Light Free Will Baptist Church building fund.
