Paul Eugene Pinkley passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at his Farmington residence at the age of 82 years, 8 months & 6 days. Paul was born March 18, 1930, in Middlebrook, to Ancel Eugene Pinkley & Lilly 'Conway' Pinkley. Paul was also preceded-in-death by his Son, Rodger Paul Pinkley (Dec. 19, 1991); a Sister, Juanita Camden & a Brother, Jesse Allen Pinkley (Oct. 3, 2001).
Paul was a US Army Veteran and member, Farmington Faith Baptist Church. He was a member of LePere McCallister American Legion Post 416 and Pendleton Masonic Lodge of Doe Run; a member of the NRA & DAV. Paul married Doris Jean Mahurin on March 25, 1950, in Gumbo.
Survivors include: his Wife, Doris Jean 'Mahurin' Pinkley, of Farmington; 2 Daughters: Paula (& Larry) Gremminger, of Desloge & Carolyn (& Richard) Resinger, of Farmington. 1 Foster-son: Larry (& Gayla) Haywood, of Farmington. 8 Grandchildren & 12 Great-Grandchildren. Also, numerous other family & friends.
Visitation: Tuesday, 4-8 p.m., at TAYLOR Funeral Service, Inc., Farmington, with a Masonic Service @ 7:00 p.m. and an American Legion Service @ 7:15 p.m.
Visitation resumes Wednesday at 6:30 a.m.
Funeral : Wednesday, 1:00 p.m., November 28, 2012
at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jerry Glisson & Rev. Rocky Good officiating.
Burial with Full Military Honors at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Ste. Genevieve County
