Paul Darrel Wallace “Darrel” 84, of Bonne Terre passed away November 27, 2020 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He was born October 25, 1936 in Mill Spring, MO.  Darrel was a carpenter by trade. He worked many years for Fischer & Frichtel Homes. He was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge in Piedmont MO. His family meant the world to him. Darrel loved traveling in his RV, enjoyed playing guitar and singing. After taking dancing lessons, Darrel loved to dance.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Carrie Wallace; first wife Charlotte Wallace; two step-daughters Lucinda McClarney and Mary Todd; three brothers Eddie Wallace and his wife, Pauline; Winfred Wallace and his wife, Virginia; and Wilburn Wallace.

Darrel is survived by his loving wife, Barbara (Kassebaum) Wallace; two children, Tammy (Neil) Kissel and David Wallace; two step-daughters Peggy (Jeff) Randell and Christine (Christopher) Sona; one step-son Dennis (Cathy) Todd; ten grandchildren, Rachel, Danny, Andy, Garrett, Blake, Ashley, Johnathon, Kayla, Mirissa and Joey; seven great-grandchildren Hunter, Kennedy, Harper, Beau, Azariah, Ellis and Charlotte; and one sister-in-law Eleanor “Dood” Wallace, widow of Wilburn Wallace. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or The Salvation Army.

The graveside service will be held Thursday, December 3^rd, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Carson Hill Cemetery in Mill Spring, Missouri. There will be a memorial service in Darrel's honor at a later date when we can safely gather.
