Patricia Pat Odgers

Patricia "Pat" Odgers 76 of Desloge, passed away November 10, 2011 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. Patricia was born May 2, 1935 in Bonne Terre to the late George and Flora (Shannon) Weber. She graduated from Bonne Terre High School in the class of 1953 and on January 30, 1955 she married Howard Wayne Odgers of Desloge. She was a dedicated bus driver for North County School District for over 30 years, past City Alderman for Desloge, and a life time member of Bonne Terre First Christian Church.She is survived by three children, Brian (Patricia) Odgers, Melanie Odgers of Desloge, and Tracey (Shelly) Odgers of Dixon. Patricia has eight grandchildren, Amos Petrie, Nicholas (Brandy) Odgers, Rachel Odgers, Megan (Glen) Carter, Bradley Odgers, Branden Odgers, Patrick Odgers, and Daniel Odgers; eight great-grandchildren, Kobe Petrie, Kailey Odgers, Kaitlyn Odgers, Nathan Odgers, Alexis Carter, Johnny Connors, Bella Connors and Dannalei Petrie; brother, Harold Lynn (Sue) Weber; several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by husband, Howard Wayne Odgers; parents, George and Flora Weber; sister, LaVerne (Weber) Pearce.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, November 13, 2011. Visitation will resume Monday, November 14, 9:00 AM, at First Christian Church in Bonne Terre. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Patrice Rosner officiating. Interment will be at St. Francois Memorial Cemetery in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church of Bonne Terre or American Heart Association.
