Nancy Jo Mcmullin

Nancy Jo McMullin, 82, formerly of Leadwood, passed June 29, 2015 in Des Peres. She was born November 19, 1932. She was a long-time resident of West St. Louis County. After graduation from Flat River Junior College and teaching, she worked in numerous capacities for the United Methodist Church, as District Superintendent Secretary, Secretary to the Bishop of Missouri, and Missouri Conference Treasurer, also serving on the National United Methodist Board of Pensions, all spanning 41 years. She further served the Gambrill Gardens United Methodist Retirement Board of Directors as Treasurer and Trustee for over 20 years. Nancy is survived by her brother Dr. Richard C. McMullin (wife Jean) of Bartlett, TN, nephew Taylor C. McMullin of Dallas, TX, niece Jennifer L. (Mrs. John) Neiner of Lake Worth, FL and great niece Morgan L. Neiner. She is preceded in death by her parents Opal E. (Dickey) and Glenwood C. McMullin, as well as dear uncles Ira and Kirby Dickey. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Leadwood, Wednesday, July 1, 2015, from 5 PM to 8 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel in Leadwood, on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 1 PM. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Leadwood United Methodist Church or Gambrill Gardens in Ellisville.
