Gin Eaton, 91, of Bonne Terre passed away on October 18, 2017 at Presbyterian Manor. She was born in Leadwood on November 29, 1925 to the late Arble and Jeanette (Faulkner) Barton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Desloge. Gin enjoyed crocheting, needle work and reading. She was well known for her loving hospitality.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rolla B. Eaton; three sisters, Blanche Barton, Suda Alma Colegrove and Violet Helms; six brothers, Hallis, Donald Gale, Jewel, George Washington, Rev. Paris and Rev. Harvey Lou Barton.
Gin is survived by two daughters, Delores Jo Rabaduex and husband Jim and Rolinda Gay Wampler; five grandchildren, Sam Cook, Robin (Joe) McMinn, Cathy Cook Hemmendinger, Jamie (Brian)Turnbull and Phil (Amanda) Rabaduex; twelve great-grandchildren, Mili, Maddie, Wade, Lucas, Drew, Benjamin, Michael, Waylon, Nolan Rolla, Brett, Sawyer and Ely; one great-great-grandson,Asher Barton; two sisters-in-law, Patsy Barton and Jewell Walther; beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends are all left to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Rev. Keith Huffman officiating, assisted by Pastor Bradford Laubinger. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
