Mildred Kean

Mildred Kean, 84 of St. Charles passed away March 15, 2013 at Community Manor in Farmington. She was born July 20, 1928 in Hiram, MO. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in St. Charles. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert L. and Esther (Durham) Dorsey; husband, James Harrison Kean; daughter, Linda (Kean) Jackson; son, Damon Ray Kean; granddaughter, Lauren Michelle Jackson; brother, Robert L. Dorsey.Mildred is survived by two grandchildren, Steve Jackson and Cindy (Ryan) Maguire; four great-grandchildren, Jackson Maguire, Amanda, Makenzie and Cameron Jackson; two sisters, Audrey Dorsey and Betty Thurston. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.Visitation will be Monday, March 18, 2013 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Rev. Steve Parks will officiate. Interment will follow at Valhalla Cemetery in St. Louis. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
