Mike Upchurch

Mike Upchurch, 67, of Desloge, passed away September 22, 2024, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born October 18, 1956, in Bonne Terre, to the late Melvin and Esterline (Brown) Upchurch. Mike was the owner/operator of family-owned Mueller Ace Hardware in Park Hills. He took great pride in serving the community for 49 years. Outside of work, his pride and joy was spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Mike is survived by his loving children; Brandon (Susie) Upchurch of Linden, TN, Dana Ashleigh (Chris) Crider of Farmington; siblings, Vickie Murray of Park Hills, Kellie (Brent) Stuart of Keller, TX; grandchildren, Brody and Bryce Upchurch, Brayleigh and Addy Crider; along with other family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Visitation will resume on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 8:00 AM until service time of 10:00 AM at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating. Burial will be at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital or the American Heart Association.
