Mary Frances Deramus

Mary Frances Deramuspassed away Monday, November 18,2013, atJefferson CityManor Care Center in Jefferson City,Missouri. She was born on October 11,1923, in Flat River, Missouri, thedaughter of Mary Jane and John Bivins. She was married on July 31,1940,to Murrill Kennon and they lived in the Lead Belt area until his death onDecember 11,1978. She later married Lloyd Deramus on May 3, 1986, and livedin Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, for a number of years before moving to theJefferson City area. After Lloyd's death in 1999, Mary remained inJefferson City to be near her children. She is survived by her sister, Thelma Kolaks of St. Louis; her son, LarryKennon (Joann) of Millersburg, Missouri; her daughter, Frances Shipman(Jerry) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her step-daughter, Carol Wenc (Bob) ofHancock, Michigan. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren, 15great-grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded indeath by her sister, Gladys Andahl; her son, Ron Kennon; and her grandson, TravisKennon.Mary was a sweet, gentle spirit who returned a precious unconditional love toher family and friends.
