Mr. Marshall Ray Hoffman passed away Sunday morning, January 15, 2017, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 91 years and 17 days. Ray was born on December 28, 1925, in Tampa, Florida, and was the son of Marshall Bidwell Hoffman and Marian Doris 'McBride' Hoffman. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Mae 'Key' Hoffman on Feb. 3, 2012, and a brother, Clifton Newell Hoffman.

Ray was a US Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II, a member of Memorial United Methodist Church of Farmington, a member of LePere-McCallister American Legion Post #416 of Farmington, a member of Masonic Lodge #132 of Farmington & a member of the Shriners.

Survivors Include : a daughter, Sue (& Ray) Sessoms, of Farmington. 3 sons: Bruce (& Virginia) Hoffman, of Desloge; Mark (& Beth) Hoffman, of Farmington, and Terry Hoffman, of Ste. Genevieve. 6 grandchildren: Kellie (& Steve) Elli, Leslie Hoffman, Kimberly (& Ben) Schlarman, Corey Sessoms, Jeannie & Brian Hoffman. Also surviving are 2 great-grandchildren, McLaren & Reagan Elli.

Visitation for the Immediate Family Thursday morning.

Graveside Service : Thursday, 11:00 a.m., January 19, 2017

Burial Will Be Held with Full Military Honors

At : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery - Farmington, with Rev. Scott Hall officiating.
