Mr. Marlon B. Hodge passed away April 2, 2005, at Parkland Health Center, South, Farmington, at the age of 70 years, 5 months & 9 days. Marlon was born Oct. 23, 1934, in Bucoda, MO., to Violet Loraine 'Cross' Hodge & the late Mose Hodge. Also preceding were: 1 Son, Michael B. Hodge; & 1 Brother, Mayford L. Hodge. Marlon was a: * Special Deputy for St. Francois Co. Sheriff's Dept & * member, Desloge Elks & Eagles; as well as the Leadwood Masonic Lodge. Survivors Include: His WIFE; Mary Lou 'Hovis' Hodge; 1 DAUGHTER: Kimberly L. 'Mrs. Bud' Goheen, 2 SONS: Markus J. Hodge; Marty L. (& Connie) Hodge; His MOTHER: Violet Loraine 'Cross' Hodge Hufford Hayden, all of Farmington. 4 SISTERS: Peggy Dunnigan, Crestview, FL; Patsy Shearin, Huntsville, AL; Anna Loyeda Hayden, Memphis, TN; Candy Mashea Hayden, Greenway, AR; 7 GRANDCHILDREN: Michael Goheen; Christina 'Goheen' Gaddy; Cheri Hodge; Monica Gonz; Marty Lee Hodge, Jr; Alicia Hodge & Dylan Hodge. 6 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN; numerous Nieces; Nephews; Cousins & lots of Special Friends. Visitation Monday, 5-9 pm. Visitation resumes Tuesday, 7 am & funeral Tuesday, 11 am, April 5, 2005, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Clyde Anderson & Evangelist Bernie Crum officiating. Interment following at Woodlawn Cemetery, Leadington. Memorials may be made to: * The American Cancer Society.
