Margita Alwine Davis

Margita Alwine Davis, 65, of Desloge, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Mercy Jefferson hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Monday, December 15, 1958, to Kenneth and Ingrid Crowe in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to her father, she was preceded her in death by her step-dad, Larry Crowe.

Margita is survived by her loving mother Ingrid (Blank) Crowe; children, David Crowe and wife Laura, Michael Davis, Robert Davis and wife Carrie; grandchildren, Emily Skaggs and husband Kyle, Preston Davis and wife Jackie, Dalton Davis and wife Kerrin; great-grandchildren, Kayden, Raelynn, Joslynn, Zoey, Journey, Kamden and Carlos; siblings, Betty Burford and husband Tim, Susan Crowe; along with several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. 

Margita dedicated her life to the medical field, working as a Medical Technician. Her compassion and dedication to helping others were evident in her work every day. Her colleagues and friends admired her for her kindness and professionalism.

She lived a life filled with joy, she loved shopping and tending to her flower garden, but most of all she took great joy spending time with her children and grandchildren. Margita will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Visitation to resume on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. until service time of 11:00 A.M. Pastor Michael Barton will be officiating. Burial will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.
