Margie Stotler

With heavy hearts and immense love, we celebrate the life of Margie Stotler, who left this world on April 23, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on November 21, 1956, in Farmington, MO, Margie lived a vibrant life enriched by her deep connections to family, friends, and the activities she cherished.

 Margie was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Doris (Herbst) Eaves; dear daughter, Kyleen Stotler and brother Johnny Eaves. Margie’s younger years were filled with adventure as she grew up on a farm, developing a love for riding horses that remained a cherished memory throughout her life. A true creative spirit, she took joy in crafting, crocheting, and cooking, often sharing her talents with loved ones during warm, laughter-filled get-togethers. An endearing blend of spunk and sincerity, Margie was known for her onery spirit and colorful language, but her heart of gold made her a beacon of love and support for those fortunate enough to know her. Above all, Margie adored her family.

 She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Stotler; her children, Terri Straight, Jason Rector and wife Ashley, Heather Meder and finance Chris Cade, James Meder and wife Ashlee; and her cherished brother, Danny Eaves and wife Brenda Barton; sister Cathy Alesandrini and husband Mike; Margie’s legacy will live on through her children and 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, who were the center of her universe and whom she loved dearly

. As we come together to honor Margie’s life, a visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating the love, laughter, and memories that Margie brought into our lives. Margie, you will be missed beyond measure, but your spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
